Originating from Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales, England, Jane Foster is a freelance travel writer and
photographer specialising in Greece, Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro. She has contributed to various UK and US guidebooks, newspapers, magazines and websites - see the various country pages for more details. She lived six
years in Split before moving to Athens, where she stayed for seven years, before moving back to Dalmatia in summer 2011.
